We all need smiles these days and a box of chocolate covered raisins would make me smile for sure. LOL!
Funny that everyone's mind went to chocolate covered raisins...mine went to dumping the raisins out and filling the box with chocolate chips.
I'm in for chocolate covered raisins! But I am afraid of falling out of bed, lol.
That last one made me laugh til the tears came.
The second smile you have given me early morning UK time - after your comment on my blog. The herding cats ad is clever.
There is something very reassuring about that, isn't there?
LOVED that herding cats one - will try and copy it for Tam!! The raisins made me hoot!
You can find that video on you tube...just type cat herders into their search bar.
Good to see you feeling chipper!
Oh we can't forget to giggle.
Thank you for the morning smiles. I'll show the EDS one to Barry - he used to work for them and it will raise a wry smile, I'm sure.
Ha! He will probably have already seen it, I bet!
Love the cat herders...and the sneeze!
The guy with the lint roller...
You've given us all a giggle here, this morning. As my son said of the cat herders "That's bonkers!"
We could all use a little 'bonkers'.
I'm pretty sure that cat herding video was a Superbowl commercial many years ago. I can remember everyone talking about it the next day at work and reissuing lines from it from time to time. "Your face is torn to shreds!"
It was. Still funny after all these years.
The trebuchet one is very funny. Gigi
I love those 'classical art' memes.
Oh yes! We needed a laugh. The cat herder one is special.
It is a good one. That video is 25 years old!
I know I've seen the cat-herder video but it's well worth a second watch. Or a third.
I see some new humorous detail in it every time I see it.
Thanks for the smiles, Debby. I needed that! ;)
I do not know anyone who doesn't need a laugh right now, Ellen!
The cat one was the best ever.
Glad it made you laugh, AC!
Okay... you made me laugh with the trebuchet. 😂 I beg to differ about the chocolate chips. Give me an oatmeal raisin cookie any day in the week.
WHAT???!!!! *My best Bugs Bunny voice* "Of course you know that this means war..."
That EDS video is a classic. Dude with the lint roller was the best part!
You know, Jim, as many times as I've seen that, this was the first I noticed the lint roller. The yarn was a funny touch too.
Thanks for the bright notes.
A laugh never goes amiss, does it?
Also like the cat one, a good friend, now gone, always used to say "it's like trying to herd kittens".
Story of my life, Thelma! Story of my life!
(Jeanie here) thank you for my Saturday morning smiles :D How is your cat herding going?
Managing to keeping ahead on the litter box.
Well, since I hate raisins, I'll take the chocolate chips! Thanks for the laugh.
Oh no you don't! We'll obviously be arm wrestling for them.
I'm glad you're here!
I was very excited to get my sister's gift to her. I'd been keeping this secret for an awful long time. She had the lid but her dish...
