Glad to hear it is all over....well, apart from the recovery bit!! Hope that the pain relief is working....mine didn't and I ended up on a morphine drip all night, which gave me hallucinations in the morning! Luckily it was only intricate black patterns that were moving up the opposite wall and across the ceiling!
You can do it Debby, you are a strong girly. The first day is the worst but every day will be nearer to you being able to walk pain free. It really is worth it. Just hang in there and do those exercises even though it really hurts. We are all pulling for you. Gigi
I did it twice - 2009 and 2015 - and if I could survive knee replacement surgery you sure as hell can! Just use that knee bending machine, upping the amount of bend every so often ... it really helps! I use to take a nap while the machine worked my left knee! I wonder if the doctor has warned you that you should NOT put your full weight on a replaced knee ... genuflecting may have to be put on hold or padding will have to be used under that knee! Just do what the doctor and PT have you do and you'll do great, plus you have Tim to help you out!
Debby, I’m so happy to hear from you! I’ve been thinking about you🥰 Hoping it rapidly gets better! Hugs from Rigmor ❤️
