O-M-G-eeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Yesterday, as I was scraping wallpaper, Tim began yelling. He's not a yeller by nature, so I knew it was a big deal, so I came out to see what all the hullaballoo was about.

What kind of idiot thinks that mowing their lawn with a gasoline powered push mower WITH A TWO YEAR OLD BOY SITTING ON TOP OF THE MOWER HOUSING is acceptable.

Gasoline engine. + Whirling blades. + Little boy.

Tim said, "Oh my God. That is so dangerous, I can't even watch it."

It was reported.

    1. It really was horrifying. When I saw him toddling along unsteadily later, I was just sick.

  2. I've always said there should be a license and course for people to have children.

  3. Add to that, a hot exhaust pipe. I thought what we saw yesterday was bad, but at least no actual danger.

    1. Is that you Kelly? I changed things up to see if that fixed your problem.

    2. No, Not Kelly. I'm the one who wrote about the 'paranormal'. I should drop the 'anonymous' if I can figure it out. It's John.

  5. Good heavens. Children aren't even supposed to be near a mower due to flying debris. This makes me queasy to think about.

  6. Awwwwwkkkkkkk! Oh jeepers! Glad Tim saw that, and that you reported it. I've seen adults mow yards in sandals or barefoot: another stupid behavior. I'm gonna have nightmares. Hope someone explained why that wasn't a good idea. Nor is aiming the mower heading towards the kid, or any person, due to thrown rocks or debris. Linda in Kansas

    1. I cannot even begin to think how someone could envision something like that and not recognize it as a really bad idea.
