Treating Myself

I am 1/3 of the way through my radiation.

Better day today. All the previous day's sleep did me good, and the cold chills did not start until the end of the day, when I started to get tired. Treatment consisted of flannel PJs (with fuzzy socks) and going to bed early with a good book. Helped a lot.

I'm glad you're feeling better today. I was going to suggest a warm soaking bath for the chills. I have a friend who swears that is the only way she can get warm once she gets chilled.

Yes, herbal tea with lemon and a warm husband are the best way to warm up.

Glad to hear that you are feeling a better and being good to yourself. When I'm cold I get myself a hot chocolate, warm pajamas and warm up the electric blanket.

Glad to hear that the rest helped. My mom had radiation (no chemo) and said it really wiped her out. So, I guess, tired is tired, whatever the cause.

Hope you get some warm weather soon!
