Normal

I wake up, and surprisingly, I feel rested. I get up, come downstairs, put the dog out, flip through the blogs I follow daily, drink the first of my two cups of coffee. It all seems so normal. Today, I will spend a big part of my day at the hospital. The new normal?

POssibly, possibly not. Whichever it is, I have learned that you will take it in your stride. Deb, good luck for today, and I will check in later today to see how you are doing. Sending you some Aussie sunshine.

Possibly, or possibly not. Time is the key now, a day at a time, and something tells me you will take this in your stride and deal with your adjustments. You are amazing.

Sending you some aussie sunshine, and I will check back later today and see how you are doing.

(Sorry for the blogger ID, blogger will not accept my wordpress comments today)

Oh Deb - I am sure that normal and strange are going to sort of psychadelise a bit in the next few weeks - but good luck at the new part of normal not being too scary and allowing you to have your great attitude.

Perhaps that view of life I was talking about when we were talking job change a few weeks ago might be taking part in the hospital - but I have confidence that you will still have your "LFLT" glasses on.

I'll be thinking of you, Debby, and looking forward to hearing from you.

You are obviously not seeing the brightside in this! You will have GOBS of time to scope out Dr. McDreamy's!!! Think about it, it'll be great! =]

Oh, CARA!

Tell me true, readers: What on earth do you do with a kid like this?

Cara's a winner....and so is her mom. Hugs to you both!

Is she too old for flogging? Maybe you can try public embarassment.

Red - Just being with her usually results in some amount of mortification. I think that it may be my special talent.
